weekend round up 4.25

a typical rainy spring weekend but super special because my boyfriend and i picked up this little black bundle of energy from the shelter on saturday!

and i capped off the weekend with an impromptu concert. have you been so lucky to discover sia? after seeing her live i like her 100 times more than i knew. highly recommend downloading 'breath me' and 'clap your hands' first chance you have.

luxe for less - refurbished chairs

i am so excited to share my latest project!

my friend and i salvaged these chairs for $40 from a roadside junk store. a coat (or four) of paint later and some pretty printed burlap fabric from petit coterie (thanks michelle!) and voila! four beautiful new chic chairs. i wish i had more time for projects like these - it's so fun to see the end result.

oh wow, it's been awhile! work has been absolutely insane. wrapping up a week long work trip for a shoot out in LA. staying in santa monica has been a bit of a treat even if i didn't get to enjoy the pacific.
