{anthropologie green button down (on sale!), zara pink skirt (borrowed from this lovely lady), dolce vita 'claudine' patent booties, michael kors watch, vintage ring, urban outfitters sunnies, mac 'magenta madness' pigment}
i've been a bit resistant to the entire color blocking trend, although i've seen a couple of ladies do it beautifully (like taylor here). the subtle print on this green blouse (also seen here) and nude shoes let me test out this bright trend without jumping 100% in. but now i think i've caught the color blocking bug. what about you, have you tried out color blocking yet?

Well despite your reluctance to do the color blocking trend you pulled it off beautifully.

I love the bright hue of this skirt. It's so full of life!
ReplyDeleteI've done a few color blocking trends this season, and am getting used to it. I normally wear a lot of black and grays, so it's a nice change for my closet. I haven't tried green and pink though, which you've paired so well. Thanks for the style inspiration!

So pretty! I was thiiissss close to buying a button down that looked very similar to yours yesterday at H&M (they didn't have patterns - only black and pink) but at the last minute I put it back because I was spending too much money already! But your outfit makes me wish I had bought it! I love it with the bright skirt!
