with summer winding down i'm on a mission to make the most of the season's best produce while i still can. last weekend we picked up a pack of fresh peaches from the farmers market and i decided to use a couple of them for some iced tea. i followed this recipe from martha stewart weddings but substituted white tea for green, added some mint leaves and quadrupled it so that we could drink up this just-sweet-enough treat all week long.

This sounds AMAZING! So refreshing and I love that you served it out of jars.

Love ice tead. I was thinking the same thing as Josie and the glass with mint leaves is a very 'stylish' way to present this drink...

The farmer's market peaches have been so tasty the last couple of weeks! I have mint in my fridge that's going to turn into mojitos after work tomorrow, but if I have some left over it would give me an excuse to make this lovely tea.
ReplyDeleteI'm so attempted to make one. xoxo
