roasted grapes+ricotta and roasted tomatoes+goat cheese

i made these bite sized french bread crostinis for my oscar party last week. not only do they look and taste delicious, but they were super simple - which was a must given how hectic things have been lately. for a bit of variety i topped half of the sliced french bread with goat cheese and tomatoes and the other with ricotta and grapes and a drizzle of honey. recipe here.

  1. those look so delicious and i really enjoy how hands-off they are. i'd have to scale back the recipe lots or just gain a few lbs because my boyfriend is not eating roasted grapes. why is he such a child?
