i'm off to belgium tomorrow. it's been a couple years since i've been to europe and even though its a work trip, i'm excited to explore the cobblestoned streets of brussles and indulge in some belgium chocolate and most of all... beer.
if you have any brussels recommendations i'd love to hear them!
Brussels is such a laid back city, I love it! My only advice is to allow yourself to go get lost, and eat and drink as much as you can! Maybe if you're feeling in need of some education, pop to the EU headquarters! Have fun and I hope the weather over this end of the world cheers up for your visit! Bring an umbrella... xxx
I absolutely LOVE your blog. I made those Oreo stuffed brownies you posted, they were delicious. Something about you just seems so "homey" or cozy. Not sure how to explain but I have been following your blog for a while now and have yet to leave a comment. So here it is!

I used to live in the Netherlands, so we'd drive over to Belgium because it's so close. It's beautiful! You'll love it! Have fun!

ReplyDeleteIf time allows, go to Bruges! It's only 45 minutes by train from Brussels. It's like walking around a fairy tale, it's really dreamy! Have fun!
